Graduate Trainee & Specially Designed Programmes

IIT collaborates closely with companies to design bespoke training solutions aligned with their operational needs.

This includes:
Skill-gap analysis and competency mapping
Curriculum co-design with the company’s technical team
Certification for employees who successfully complete the training

Training programme may be held within IIT premises or within the company’s premises (in-house).

The programme duration depends on the needs of the company but most training programmes run beyond one week. The target beneficiaries are company workers and the company usually selects them e.g., Graduate Trainee Programmes, Technical Operators Training Programmes, Technical Supervisors Programme etc.
